Activities in the area of extraterrestrial physics are reported. The
experiments are conducted in the upper Earth atmosphere. Investigations
are conducted by balloons, rockets, satellites and space probes.
Investigations are performed in three different methods: (1) in situ
outerspace measurements; and (3) laboratory measurements.
