The optical, temporal, and structural parameters of a circumstellar dustshell are estimated from an analysis of IR observations of CH Cyg during 1984-1990. It is shown that the observed light and color variations can be explained by the presence of two dust shells, a 'hot' shell whose formation and partial dissipation were observed in 1984-1990, and a 'cold' shell having a cloudy structure.
