A local streamtube study is conducted for the influence of momentum addition (associated with either the average fluctuation transverse component of the magnetic field, or others) on the acceleration of the stellar or solar winds. The results obtained indicate that the larger the momentum addition, the stronger the acceleration of the wind. The coronal hole may be treated as a streamtube, and the presence of a high stream from it may be explained by the existence of an average or fluctuation transverse magnetic field in the streamtube. From the viewpoint of the solar wind mechanism, it is shown that the momentum addition in the subsonic flow region can increase the solar wind's velocity at 1 Au.
