The possibility of generation of electromagnetic waves depending on the propagation of nonlinear Langmuir waves at a small angle to an external magnetic field in a relativistic electron-positron plasma is discussed. The appearance of charged bunches the existence of which is caused either by the presence of a small admixture of protons in the plasma or by a slight difference between the undisturbed functions of electrons and positrons is studied.
