The comet was observed during two apparitions, and 166 observations for the orbit improvement were collected: 99 of 1906/07 and 67 of 1991. The observations were selected and weighted according to Bielicki's (Bielicki and Sitarski, 1991) method. To link both apparitions, a nongravitational deceleration in the comet's motion was taken into account. The nongravitational effects were considered in two ways: either as a daily change of the semi-major axis a of the comet's orbit or as the Marsden's parameters A1, A2, A3 connected with angular parameters eta, I, phi of the rotating comet's nucleus. It appeared that it was possible to determine reasonable values of the nongravitational parameters linking only two apparitions of the comet. Four sets of orbital elements were computed in order to predict the next return of the comet to perihelion in 2001. The prediction was difficult because of the approach of the comet to Jupiter to within 0.11 AU in March 1993. Ephemerides for 1999 and 2000 were calculated.
