The paper reports the detection of CH2DCCH in the cold dark cloud TMC-1. The fractionation ratio for CH3CCH was found to be between 0.05 and 0.06, the highest known in TMC-1. It is suggested that such a high deuteration could have been achieved through the exchange reaction with H2D(+), which is by far the dominant deuterated ion at low temperatures, and with CH3D.
