Spectrophotometric observations have been obtained which confirm the
cataclysmic variable nature of AC Cnc, as well as detect for the first
time the spectrum of the secondary star. Thus, AC Cnc is one of the rare
cataclysmic systems where the masses of both components can potentially
be determined.
