We present high-resolution, near-infrared observations of disks around T Tauri stars. The data collected from NIRSPEC on the Keck II telescope provide information on molecular species (e.g. water) in the inner disk (<50 AU). The data are also analyzed using the technique of spectro-astrometry, which provides ultra-high spatial resolution not available through other means. This high spatial resolution is used to determine the distribution of gasses within the disk. Understanding the distribution of gas provides information about the chemical composition of the disk, the excitation of the molecules, and in the case of water, the determination of the snow line.
