Radio observations of the Galaxy are presented in maps, color images, and diagrams and characterized. Observation programs summarized include a search for further H II regions; an investigation of the spiral structure of the Galaxy; the determination of electron-temperature and element-abundance gradients; studies of early-type stars and double stars; and a whole-sky survey of the radio continuum at 73-cm wavelength.
