Although the galaxies NGC 1068 and NGC 4151 are anomalous in a number of respects, they are both often considered prototypical of Seyfert types 2 and 1. In the present investigation, new VLA 15 GHz maps of both sources and the detection of linear polarization in NGC 1068 at this frequency are discussed. It is also shown that the radio source shapes are explicable in terms of an initially collimated jet being bent under the ram pressure of the rotating interstellar medium. A sensitive 1.4 GHz map of NGC 1068 has been made which reveals faint, large-scale (2 arc min) radio emission which may be the result of a 'starburst', but on a much larger spatial scale than the nuclear, linear radio source.
