Transition probabilities are calculated for all the possible spontaneous electric dipole and quadrupole rotation-vibration transitions of the ground electronic state of HD originating in vibrational levels up to υ = 17 and rotational levels up to J = 13.
Comparison with experiment is performed when possible.
