A two-dimensional quantitative classification is carried out for three variables with nonperiodic light minima SV Cep, UX Ori and DD Ser. Mean spectral classes are determined for each star according to some classification criteria based on metal lines: A0 for SV Cep, A3 for UX Ori, and A5 for DD Ser. The spectral class of SV Cep is found to be changed from A0 to A3 from night to night. The mean absolute magnitudes over SV Cep, UX Ori and DD Ser spectra are MV = -0m.5, MV = 0m.6 and MV = 0m.2, respectively. The depths of hydrogen lines and K Ca II are well above the depths in standard star spectra belonging to the same spectral and luminosity classes. The study of DD Ser photographic observations available in literature and covering the period of 25 years permits to suspect a minimum cycle of 4 years.
