Becker's (1963) method A is the basis of the present determination of interstellar reddening and absorption, distance, earliest spectral type, and probable physical membership, for the four galactic clusters NGC 7510, Ba 2, Ba 3, and NGC 7654, near Cassiopeia. Photographic UBV measurements were obtained with the Asiago 65-cm Schmidt telescope in 1972. The coordinates of the clusters and their parameters are presented in tabular form.
