I summarize results of the SiO maser surveys of the Galactic center region, which have been made in the past 3 years at Nobeyama. About 600 color selected IRAS Sources in the inner (<3°) and outer (<10°) bulge, the 300 large amplitude variables in the nuclear disk (<12'), and the stars in the Galactic-center star cluster (<1'), have been observed with Nobeyama 45-m telescope. Expecially in the Galactic center, mapping and monitoring observations have been made. The kinematic of stars very near to the Galactic center (within a few pc) and a flare of SiO masers of IRS 10 are discussed. The flare of IRS 10 seems to repeat in every two years.
