AGILE is currently detecting excess gamma-ray flux above 100 MeV from the microquasar Cygnus X-3.
A quicklook analysis of gamma-ray data shows significant flux from a source positionally consistent with Cygnus X-3 during the period 2010-05-25 UT 19:10 to 2010-05-27 UT 17:04.
Multifrequency observations of Cygnus X-3 are strongly encouraged.
