The authors present TAURUS data on the [O III], λ5007
line-emission from the nuclear regions of the active barred spiral
galaxy NGC 1365. The velocity map clearly confirms the existence of line
splitting and allows to identify one component with the disc, while the
other components appear to be best interpreted as bipolar outflow.
