Parker's interface dynamo is generalized to the case of a transversal
(i.e. meridional) flow of constant speed, limited to the high
diffusivity volume. It is found that the Parker-Yoshimura sign law is
much more difficult to violate in this case than for a homogeneous
velocity field.
