A second list of new candidate young stellar objects found by searching the vicinities of IRAS positions along the galactic plane is presented. The list comprises 30 new objects with 2.2-micron magnitudes brighter than 12.0, and with near-infrared colors similar to those of the objects discussed by Persson and Campbell (1987) that have red H - K colors at a given J - H. These objects have a high probability of being analogs of well-known fiducial objects such as GI 490. Positions accurate to + or - 2 arcsec and deep CCD pictures of all the fields are given.
