Papers were presented on measurements of atmospheric submillimeter radiation, satellite radiation climatology, brightness data, energetic characteristics of winter stratospheric warmings, mesospheric density variability, D-region nitric oxide density enhancement on winter anomalous days, infrared reflection spectra of the moon and lunar soil, and energy spectra and charge states of low energy cosmic rays in the Skylab experiment.
