The theories linking Jupiter's weather to earth's are discussed,
including a modified mathematical model. The deep interior of Jupiter,
which the model does not include, is also taken into account. According
to another theory, the Jovian interior could dominate the visible
circulation, which would make Jupiter star-like rather than earth-like.
