The symbiotic nature of the emission-line object K4-45 (96 + 1.1 deg) is revealed on the basis of spectral observations. The visible component has a spectral class no later than M3. The interstellar absorption for the object is more than 3.2 m. The electron temperatures in the envelopes of symbiotic stars do not exceed 20,000 K; otherwise forbidden lines could not exist; the electron density is greater than 10 to the 7th/cu cm.
