Radio-continuum, H I-line and optical observations of the group of galaxies NGC 2805-2814-2820-Markarian 108 are presented. The galaxy NGC 2805, of type Sd, is distorted in its outer parts. Its radial-velocity field is rather regular, but the line of nodes differs from that indicated by the H I contours. There is some evidence that the outer H I layers are warped. The asymmetries in the distributions of bright H II regions and of strong H I peaks are similar to those in M 101. Small amounts of neutral hydrogen and of radio continuum are associated with NGC 2814. The edge-on SBc galaxy NGC 2820 shows major asymmetries both in its hydrogen distribution and in its velocity field. An excess of gas is found in the SW half which may be associated with Markarian 108 (equals IC 2458); this object is either young or is undergoing a burst of star formation.
