An expansion of the perturbation function of the attraction of an outside body and the nonsphericity of the central planet in Eulerian elements is obtained with the accuracy of mixed terms on the order of the product of the earth's flattening times the perturbation factor. The equations consist of trigonometric series using the well-known Kaula inclination functions and Hansen coefficients.
