Spectral characteristics of the eclipsing binary star TX UMa were studied from 15 diffraction spectrograms obtained with reciprocal dispersions 9 and 37 Å/mm. Motions in the circumstellar gas structures and rotations of stars were determined from the discovered emission and absorption components of contours of the lines Hβ, Hγ, K Ca II and Mg II λ4481 Å. Electron concentrations in the envelope of the system and in the atmosphere of the main star were computed. Parameters of the stars were corrected and the value of the mass loss rate of the system was found to be 1.7×10-6 solar mass per year.
