The variability of AB Aur emission line profiles, equivalent widths and relative intensity of Hα, Hβ, Hγ have been observed on the photoelectric scanner. The AB Aur variability nature of emission lines made it possible to assume that the "deep chromosphere" is not a centre-symmetrical or axisymmetrical formation but is a conglomerate of gas condensations with different density and speed.
