The installation of a minitelescope for study of interstellar molecular clouds on a good mountain site of easy access, working at higher frequency in the 1.3 mm window is outlined. Installation of a 2.5 m antenna on the Plateau de Bure is planned, to be operated at 1.3 mm wavelength for observations of molecular clouds, mostly in the J = 2-1 line of CO and isotopes.
