Digital, low-dispersion spectra of 61 globular clusters in M31 have been obtained with the Multiple Mirror Telescope. Preliminary analyses of these spectra show that: (1) the M31 globular cluster system rotates with a velocity amplitude of approximately 160 + or - 40 km/s peak to peak, and (2) there is a measurable but small metallicity gradient exhibited by those clusters. The globular clusters detected as X-ray sources by the Einstein Observatory survey of M31 do not show any significant spectroscopic differences from the other clusters observed.
