The study of hot corinos, the low-mass analogs of massive hot cores, is essential to understand the advant of life in our Solar System and to define the conditions that should prevail in the protostellar stage in order for life to develop in a planetary system. Indeed, it is during this phase that complex organic (prebiotic) molecules are formed. Here, we present initial results on the only two known hot corinos: IRAS 16293-2422 and NGC 1333-IRAS4A.
