Spectra of stars in the Omega Cen globular cluster, labeled Omega Cen-65, -74, -91, -139, -256, and -270 in the ROA catalogue (1966), were obtained in June 1984 and June 1985 with the CASPEC spectrograph fed by the 3.60-m telescope at the ESO. The spectra were reduced on the VAX8600 computer using an automatic program derived from a code written by Spite (1980). The equivalent widths of the lines were obtained using a code which assumes that the profiles of the stellar lines can be represented by a Gaussian curve. The results for each species and the wave length used are presented in tabulated form, showing the equivalent widths and the deduced abundances of 16 clue elements.
