The two cool Ap stars HD 25354 and HD 152107 (52 Her) were observed over the complete spectral variation period. The spectrum variations are interpreted in terms of the Oblique Rotator Model and are correlated with the photometric and magnetic variations. Maps of elements repartition are provided. The two stars possess an orbital motion period different from the spectrum variation period. The problem of synchronism between orbital and rotational periods is discussed.
