Scientific paper

Measure the plate scale, field rotation and field distortion for each
NICMOS camera. The intercamera astrometric solution will also be found.
This is an early cycle 7 CONTINGENCY calibration program. It will be
executed ONLY if large physical displacements of the cameras still
detected in May/June.
