Gps Occultation, Atmospheric Retrieval, Data Process

On the basis of the JPL and GFZ standard inverse algorithm of neutral atmospheric by GPS occultation data, a computation process of neutral atmospheric retrieval was developed in Shanghai Astronomical Observatory (SHAO). The retrieved atmospheric profiles from CHAMP data were compared with ECMWF model atmosphere. A very brief discussion was made after comparisons. In conclusion some future improvements were mentioned.
