The SNR OA 184 (G166.2+2.5) has been observed at 1.42 GHz in continuum and H I line. The angular resolution is 1×1.4 arcmin2 and velocity resolution 2.6 km s-1. The radio continuum image strongly resembles the optical image of the SNR in both fine structure and diffuse emission. The appearance of the SNR is of an aggregation of spherical bubbles, and its outline can be well represented by four circular arcs, of radius from 16 to 31 arcmin, with non-coincident centres. An H I feature at -30 km s-1 coincides partly with the brightest continuum emission in the north-west of the SNR; it is studied in detail. A second H I feature in the south-west at the same velocity is probably also associated with OA 184. -30 km s-1 is adopted as the systemic velocity of the SNR, implying a distance of 8±2 kpc. The mean diameter is 175 pc. The mass of H I in the two associated features is 11 and 2×103M_sun;.
