The hydromagnetic turbulence near the comets is generated by cometary ions that mass-load the solar wind. As the result intense Alfvén waves are excited even at large distances up to several million kilometers away from the comet. Presence of these waves influences essentially the motion of the mass-loaded solar wind as well as the position and the structure of the cometary shock. The weak turbulence theory of the cometary ions interaction with the solar wind is presented.
