The physical principles of radiative-resonant acceleration are described
in connection with generation of galaxies, jets, sources of type 3 solar
radio bursts, and generation of cosmic magnetic fields. Particle
acceleration in a strong quantized magnetic field, and generation of
cosmic ray spectra are discussed.
