Results are presented of calculations of deuterium production within the framework of a model with unstable heavy leptons in which neutrino and He-4 nuclei photodissociation processes take part. It is shown that neutrino-induced dissociation of helium nuclei ensures a deuterium yield of the order of the observed one. In the present model, the He-4 abundance will not contradict observed values if Omegab is less than 0.1.
