Accurate line profiles at several phases have been obtained from spectra of Theta Aurigae taken with the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope. These have been used to construct maps of the surface distributions of Fe, Cr, and Si by solving the inverse problem. Rather complex structures are found, with Fe showing evidence of six spots. The distributions of Fe and Cr are quite similar, but the distribution of Si is quite different. Comparisons with the configuration of the magnetic field and with the light curve are made.
