Tilted Bianchi type-V solutions in the scale covariant theory of Canuto
et al., (1977) are investigated. The Bianchi type-V model generalizes
the open k = -1 Friedmann model, and it represents a model in which the
fluid flow is not necessarily orthogonal to the three-surfaces of
homogeneity. Both radiative and nonradiative cases are considered.
