A catalog of 700 radio pulsars has been compared to the 271 sources in the third EGRET catalog of high-energy gamma-ray sources. Six EGRET sources are known to be isolated pulsars. Additional correlations of pulsar and gamma-ray positions appear unlikely to be real associations in most cases, based on the spin-down luminosity available. The four plausible associations, PSRs J0218+4232, B1046-58, J1105-6107, and B1853+01, have all been noted previously. Upper limits to gamma-ray emission in four energy bands have been calculated for all 700 pulsars.
