We will present power spectra collected with the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer from the three Galactic black-hole candidates which are persistent hard-state accretors: Cyg X-1, 1E1740.7-2942, and GRS1758-258. All three show the flat-topped noise typical of this state in both black-hole and neutron-star binaries. All three sources have been seen to undergo episodes of softening and brightening within the hard state. We will show the effect on the power spectra of these events. The two Galactic-bulge jet sources show quasi-periodic oscillations above the break frequency, which never appear in Cyg X-1. We will describe the statistical properties of these large sets of observations as well as discussing individual power spectra.
