Ten low-dispersion spectrograms of the brightest galaxies in a low-density cluster of galaxies centered at 14 h 00 m, +9 deg 34 min are examined, along with photoelectric photometry of some of the more prominent galaxies and morphological types for the brightest 43 galaxies. The structural properties and luminosity function of the cluster are determined. The cluster's virial M/L ratio is estimated to be about 10, a remarkably low value. It is shown that this cluster, designated NGC 5416, is a bound system and that no additional 'missing mass' is required to produce virial stability. Spirals are found to constitute 53% of the galaxies with photographic apparent magnitudes brighter than 14.9. A possible relation between this cluster and the more extensive Coma/A1367 supercluster is considered. It is suggested that NGC 5416 may not be a 'proper' member of the Coma/A1367 supercluster but might be a small isolated supercluster analogous in some respects to the Local Supercluster.
