A computer simulation of data obtained from a gravitational-wave experiment of the Weber type is described. A discrete mathematical model of the antenna and electronics is discussed which gives as the output a stochastic process characterized by the same statistical properties of experimental data for the case of excitation by signals having a white-noise spectrum. The model is shown to be defined by five measurable parameters.
