Observations of the J = 9-8 transitions of HCCCN, H(C-13)CCN, HC(C-13)CN, and HCC(C-13)N in Sgr B2, Ori A, Heiles's Cloud 2, and nine other molecular clouds are analyzed. It is found that there is no apparent isotope fractionation in Sgr B2 affecting the abundances of the three (C-13)-substituted species, that carbon isotope fractionation is not likely to have had any significant effect in either Sgr B2 or Ori A, and that the HCCCN in Ori A exhibits a broad velocity component (plateau) at the high level of 10% of a narrow velocity component (spike), indicating a high density and rich chemistry in the high-velocity-dispersion plateau source. The HCCCN line in Heiles's Cloud 2 is shown to have a velocity dispersion of less than 0.23 km/s, which is smaller than previously reported dispersions for this cloud and not inconsistent with thermal line broadening.
