A model is suggested of the formation of galaxies and clusters of galaxies as a result of spontaneous polymerization of magnetic fluctuations on fractal geometry. A nonlinear kinetic equation is obtained, which governs the process of anomalous diffusion and polymerization of magnetic fluctuations on a fractal set of dimension D < 3. It is shown that the construction of an invariant (with respect to the allowable Lie group of point transformations) solution to the kinetic equation enables one to estimate the fractal dimension D of the anomalous order of a polymerization reaction and of the spatial distribution of primordial plasma density fluctuations in the early Universe.
