The dynamic evolution of the space-time metric and physical fields inside a charged black hole is considered, taking into account the quantum-electrodynamic effect of electron-positron pairs produced in a strong electric field. It is noted that there is no nonsingular Cauchy horizon inside the charged black hole and that its space-time structure is similar to that of an uncharged black hole.
