We present here the results from the three dimensional simulation of the formation and evolution of the cosmological sheets which contains both the baryonic and dark matter. The fragmentation and subsequent merging of structures are explored in details as well as the gravitational and thermal instabilities leading to those evolution. We use a 3-D finite-difference hydrodynamical code called ZEUS-3D for the gas part and a particle-mesh code for the collisionless dark matter. A special nonuniform grid along the collapsing direction is used, thus reasonably high resolution is achieved. We considered several kinds of cooling: Compton scattering by the background radiation, bremsstrahlung, hydrogen and helium cooling. The mutual influence between the gas and dark matter due to those gravitational and thermal effects is emphasized.
