A frequency analysis of 556 observations of the new Delta Scuti star HD8781 is presented. Four frequencies are derived for which the period ratios and frequency spacings suggest nonradial oscillations and which fit the observations to an accuracy of 0.0024 mag. Arguments based on the signal-to-noise ratios in the power spectra and the frequency spacings indicate that the two frequencies of smaller amplitude are also correctly identified.
