Photoelectric observations in V and B light of AZ Cas performed at the Teramo Observatory from 1966 to 1978 are reported. The temporary parameters P, D and d, the amount of the eclipse light dimming and also the V and B-V values for the single components of the system are derived. An attempt is made to estimate the colour excess, the distance of the system and the ratio between the star radii.
