The ionization structure of Mg, Al, Si, Cl, Ar, and Fe in ionization bounded nebulae has been calculated to an accuracy of about 0.02 dex, and the results are tabulated as emissivity ratios of these ions relative to H/+/, or to He/++/ for ions with ionization energies in excess of 54 eV. Details and assumptions included a spherically symmetric nebular shell without a central cavity, a normal chemical composition for the gas, and a gas density independent of distance from the central star. Only photoionizations were considered for the ionization balance; photoionization cross sections from various sources were used.
