Maps are presented of the 2.7 and 5 GHz total intensity and the polarization distributions over the large, close, supernova remnant Vela X. Distributions of spectral index, Faraday rotation measure and depolarization ratio are drawn from these data and supplementary observations at 1.6 GHz. The rotation measures and depolarization are generally low; it is suggested that Faraday rotation and most of the depolarization occurs in the outer regions of Vela X.
